Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds as described on our website or in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be subject to additional fees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stage One Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to our services or your use of our website.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
While we build websites to high standards, we do not guarantee specific business results such as increased traffic, revenue, or search engine rankings.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stage One Labs, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
